Rental and Refund Policy

Pricing:

Prices are for time out, not time used. Special rates are available for longer rentals. Full payment is due in advance of receipt of merchandise.
 

TERMS & CONDITIONS RENTING MERCHANDISE:

All Mascots require a $100 deposit. Deposit is refundable if merchandise is returned on time and in the same condition as received. This merchandise cannot be sub-rented or used by any other party then that listed on the given contract. 

MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS: 

§ Deposit Non-Refundable If all items are not present at the time of return that was marked as received on checklist.

§ Deposit Non-Refundable If merchandise is not returned on time, as agreed on upon receiving. 

§ Deposit Non-Refundable If Mascot is Damaged in any way. 

SUMMARY:

RESPONSIBILITY OF THE MERCHANDISE REMAINS WITH THE CLIENT FROM THE TIME OF DELIVERY/PICKUP TO THE TIME OF RETURN. 

Please be sure all merchandise is secured when not in use and protected from weather. Be sure all equipment is returned according to these terms & conditions. The client is solely responsible for any additional charges incurred as a result of failure to meet these conditions.
